What are the opening hours of Mika Truck Parts?

Our office is generally open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. However, opening hours may vary on public holidays. To be certain about the working hours, it is best to contact the staff at Mika Truck Parts.

Do you offer delivery for ordered parts?

Currently, we provide free delivery only within Malmö and the surrounding areas. Free delivery is also possible throughout Skåne, but it depends on the ordered parts. For more detailed information, please contact the staff at Mika Truck Parts.

Do you offer delivery for Q8 oils?

For orders of the Q8 oil range in 20L drums, 208L barrels, and 1000L IBC, we offer free delivery throughout Sweden for orders over 200L/KG. Home delivery takes 2-5 business days. During long weekends, delivery may take slightly longer.

How much time do I have to return purchased parts?

Returns of purchased products must be made within 14 days from the purchase date.

In which cases can an item not be returned?

The product cannot be returned if:

• The original packaging is damaged, faded, or missing.
• Electronic items cannot be returned if the sealed packaging has been opened.
• Specially ordered goods cannot be returned.

In what condition are parts accepted for return?

Parts for return must be cleaned and free from oil.
